How your personal information is used by 3Sixtylite


We (3sixtylite) may keep the personal details that you or others give us during your relationship with us on the 3sixtylite database. These details may include:

  • information that you or your system users give us in letters, via electronic messages or over the phone
  • what we know from providing you with any services and analysing any transactions you carry out through us

Unless you tell us not to, we may share your information with Raw illusions (of which 3sixtylite is owned by) and we or they may contact you by email (where this is permitted) or post about:

  • Raw illusions products and services we believe may interest you.

We monitor and record some phone calls in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly, to help maintain our quality standards and for security purposes
